Ownership and License

Upon completion of the payment for our audio and video production services, you, as the customer, are granted full ownership rights to the content. Olimia retains no proprietary interest in the audio and video content it produces.

Right to Feature in Portfolio

While the ownership rights are transferred to you, Olimia retains the right to feature the produced audio and video content or its parts in our portfolio, presentations, and promotional materials for illustrating our expertise and workflow.

Customer Responsibilities

As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to Olimia for the production process, including brand materials, logos, and advertising creatives, do not infringe on third-party rights. You also grant Olimia the right to use such materials to develop and optimise audio and video content.

Modifications and Derivative Works

You can modify, edit, and create derivative works from the delivered audio and video content for your business purposes. Olimia is not responsible for any modifications made by the customer.

Termination

This licence is effective upon the completion of payment for our services and continues unless terminated by either party. In case of termination, the ownership rights granted to you remain intact.
