While the ownership rights are transferred to you, Olimia retains the right to feature the produced audio and video content or its parts in our portfolio, presentations, and promotional materials for illustrating our expertise and workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to Olimia for the production process, including brand materials, logos, and advertising creatives, do not infringe on third-party rights. You also grant Olimia the right to use such materials to develop and optimise audio and video content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modifications and Derivative Works<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can modify, edit, and create derivative works from the delivered audio and video content for your business purposes. Olimia is not responsible for any modifications made by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Termination<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This licence is effective upon the completion of payment for our services and continues unless terminated by either party. In case of termination, the ownership rights granted to you remain intact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
